My last day in Brunei

My final day in Brunei..The whole reason of me coming here. Is to play at the B-@ktif Pro-Am Tournament at RBA Golf Club. Was up early. T-off was suppose to be at 6:45am and registration at 6am. By about 5am I was up for the shower and everything. So I arrived and had some breakfast. And so I just played my normal game. It was alright. I shot 82 at the practice round yesterday. So i was expecting today to be hanging somewhere around there. lols

I shot 83 today. I thought it wouldn't be good enough but it seems... I won second place :) I felt so excellent I tell you. I have never won a trophy before. The last time I won, it was the club championship and I just got 300bucks voucher but the feeling of getting a trophy was something really different. haha.. It feels really good coming to brunei to come back with something like that and that's the little trophy....

And then when the issued the lucky draw. I was guess I got lucky and the wrapped up pressie down there is the lucky draw prize :) I got a DVD Player. lols. I mean.. thats not bad right? Trophy.DVD Player. I should come to Brunei more to play golf. XD What a day to finish off in Brunei. Tomorrow morning I will be leaving and coming back home. My flights at 11:35am. Soo yeahhhhh... well.. what a great outing today is. lols

i READ this everyday when I come out of the apartment. I don't know why it's there but I read that this morning before I left again and it gave me results... Soo... good! XD

Bulan Baru

So,

New Moon was released today and I happen to be the first few in Brunei to watch it. I watched the first showing at the biggest cinema (which is so damn small -_-' ) in the country. It was good! Better than Twilight movie and that's a good thing...lols So I read the book before and while reading.. All I could think of is when Edward will come back to Bella but the movie put a different perspective in my view. The movie showed what Bella's life is like with Jacob. And I think in a very weird and complicated way, Jacob is better. He is more human and being a wolf... it's just soo awesome. I love the dog XD I want one as a pet and if you haven't watched the movie.. Trust me. the wolf animation is just awesome..

And at the end part..when Jacob left Bella.. The movie brought me a feeling that I didn't get from the book. The feeling of sadness in Jacob. All I felt in the book was happy to have Edward back for Bella. But Jacob.. He was... devastated.. and... its really sad..to be Jacob. And I know what that feels like.. to be like Jacob. :/

But the movie is just awesome.. Though how I wish I watched with someone who read the book.. Like Amal for instance XD And I miss that girl. lols. we'll watch it together and I can bet Im going to be watching this movie a billion times more in the coming few weeks XD

Second Part in Play

Results came out. And Business Maths was a blunder. I failed that.. Well... Economics was expected a failed. so yes. F!

If i'll look into the bright side.. Im happy that I don't have to repeat the whole semester.. But it means I have to spend my life almost everyday from 8am to 6pm xcept for Friday. which is. Well.. thats 34hours of class time a week. -_-' which is a lot.. deary help me.. but I believe I'll get used to it.

This time.. no more games.. no more playy.. all work and little play.

So im in Brunei still.. At the apartment course and I just had Roti Telur and Instant Indo Mie in cup. lols Like thats a healthy breakfast but im full.. I haven't hanged me clothes yet but will do so when I take a shower right after I write this in. lols

Soo.. 4 days in and I am livid. I took a walk to this mall nearby which is like.. The second biggest mall and its only the size of ampang point.. but they had almost everything inside. Movies.Shopping.Arcade.Food.Phones.Computers... And how have they done taht? A small place all dumped into one centre. and that is what basically this country is all about. It proves to people like the americans that you dont need to be big to have everything. You can be small.. and yet significant. hah.. weird. I'd go with the theory of 'The bigger the better"

While walking, I also discoved that "shuffling" has just arrived in this country and its soo weird. I mean come on.. Shuffling was like sooo 2 years ago. -_-' Them teens were all in hoodies and black skinny jeans and colourful pants and all that. reminds me of them rempits back in KL. My first thought was like "wtf, theres rempits here too? they're fucking everywhere". haha

oh well.. I have yet to make a full circle round the island but will do so soon. I mean.. I've got till next Monday to be here. hmm..

The big B in Brunei

Hello!

Im back in business of typing and writing.. cuz im hell bored.. Im at the apartment at the moment. Just finished washing my own clothes -_-' I mean.. when was the last time I did that? Like...Never you knowww. But a learning experience which eventually I will have to do when I start going abroad and living on my own. OR! I could just send it to the laundry shop :P

So.. Im in Brunei and it weirdly feels like I haven't changed country. You knoww.. like when you go to Singapore.. You can feel the change but here? no. it feels just like home except of course at night.. Where it feels like im in the 19th century when there were curfews and all that.

After 9 o'clock? everyone round town starts to go missing.. like theres no human souls in the city and there are so few cars running around on the road still. It feels like 2 in the morning after 9pm. Its weird :S and then comes the timing..At about 6:30 ish. It's dark.. like seriously dark you knoww! like the moon is all up.. Like its pass 8pm back home. Which is disturbing my bioclock abit. And it feels eekyyly weird. hmm and I gotta do this for 10 days -_-

I for one person love flights.. I love the way the plane is set up. I love the way how the mechanical sound comes in when its about to take-off and land. I love it when they extend the width of the wings to make it more aerodynamic. I love in flight food, in flight entertainment. Weirdly up the extent that I even love the in-flight toilet. I mean.. How much more weird can that be right?

Up in the sky.. I love looking down. I love looking into the clouds and the sky. I love looking up outside the atmosphere and wonder what it's like to be out there. It's a bizzare thing but it's me.

The best part of the flight of course is travelling with MAS. Air Asia is just all about flying from point A to B. but MAS is about flying during point A to B. All in, comes the entertainment, the comfort, the food and the plane itself.

I was served Nasi Lemak with Chicken and Prawns with Orange Juice and I requested for milk. Because somehow having milk.. in the sky is soo much nicer. Its weird but you should try it.

Of course there wern't any form of entertainment because I flew in a 737. It's the smallest commercial aircraft there is and it's just about short flights. Unlike long distance flying for like Australia or China, you'l go in a 777 or Airbus A330. Or for even longer non-transit flights. You'l go with the 747 which is the mecca of in-flight entertainment. I mean.. Every seat gets a TV Screen which you can play games. watch movies. all that.. and if you travel First Class or Business Class. You can even get the seat to turn into a bed. Thats! how good it is..

All in all.. I love being in flights.. I have decided im going to have to buy a private jet for myself eventually just to travel everywhere :) and of course.. eventually im going to have to get license to fly for the higher level of enjoyment. lols

When I arrived in MIRI, SARAWAK.. It was all good. Flying alone is like the most fun best thing you can do ever.. Honestly! I mean you're free to do anything you want without getting questioned by parents and then comes the.... experience of custom checks when you're below 18. ahaha.. Its fun and funny. XD

So eventually I got picked up and taken into Brunei. Travel from Miri to the border of Brunei is only about 20 minutes from the airport. but from the border to Bandar Sri Begawan which is the capital.. its about 2 and half hours. its only 130km from the border but dual carriage way at the speed of about 60-100km/h not very fast. -_-

but the best bit is that.. On the way, the amazement came in. Eventhough its like kampung houses but every house would have at least 3 cars and we're not talking cheap arse cars here. Cars like Lexus IS250. Toyota Alphard. one house even had an underground parking. A big arse house in the kampung area in front of the road. I was only able to saw Mercedes S class. A Porsche 911 and a Lexus LX570 offroad car. But like.. what the heck! I'll talk more about cars in another post but. the amazement of it is there. When I arrived.. even more amazement.. There are cars not available in KL but is here.. Like Ford Focus ST and Dodge Charger. All that stuff. oh well.. But it was a good travel. and will be going off in an hours time to play golf :)

BOIENG 747-400

My favourite commercial aifcraft until MAS gets the Airbus A380. It can travel 12000KM. Will do a speed of 900+km/h and the comfort and entertainment. Goodness. I love it. and i wanna go first class in in again. Its been 8 years since my last flight in a 747. :( miss it soo much.

Well.. this pic is a random one. Its Aisya's turtle/tortoise or whatever i dont know.. lols Naqib made a funny putting them in those position. lols but oh well.. it was during Howie's birthday.lols

whats upp guysss??? howss youu?? i havent wrote on this in agess.. cuz ive been busy with exams and most of the rest of the time I just cant be bothered and lazy XD

So am currently at the car wash. Washing the Merc. The Merc CLS 55 AMG. The coolest car in the whole car wash here.. theres currently an Toyota Alphard, Nissan 350Z, Volvo XC70 Crossover, Volvo XC90, Mercedes C32 AMG, Perdana V6 (blerghhh used to have that), a MyVi (dont wanna comment on it anymore cuz soo many of my friends now have this car. might offend them =P) and theres a Porsche 911 Carrera 2S in the Painting section. hmm

So I always send at Carnauba Autospa. Cuz.. i dont know.. I get wifi and astro and 50" HD TV and Coffee and Orange Juice. I wish they food right now though XD but still better than nothing. and oh yeahh.. almost missed out on AirCond. which is nice. unlike other carwash. :) and im coming back later to wash my Swift =) another cool car cuz i drive it.. ahaha

So so.. Am on holiday now. 2 weeks. on friday im going to Brunei. So i'll update more when im there.. cuzz i'll be bored.. maybe. haha but then I have golf competition to do hmm
